Lindsay Lohan not being charged in jewelry theft
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan is apparently free of one recent problem as it is reported that she will not be charged in connection with a recent jewelry theft.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office will reportedly not move forward with charges as there was not sufficient evidence against her, states E! News. “Lindsay is glad this matter has been cleared up so she can focus on her upcoming projects. It is unfortunate that many media outlets were quick to point fingers and jump to conclusions without having all the facts,” her rep commented.
Also helping in the case, Sam Magrid, the alleged victim in the case, did not want to move forward with charges. He originally said items were stolen but then recanted that.
