Miley Cyrus reportedly cleared in criminal battery case

HollywoodNews.com: Miley Cyrus is apparently innocent when it comes to the accusation of criminal battery she was facing in regard to a night at Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood.

Cyrus was accused of hitting a man after he bumped into her fiance’s seat, states TMZ. However, it is now rumored that surveillance video has been turned over to police and clears Cyrus in the case.

Cyrus and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, both reportedly cooperated with officers and told them the argument started when the man kept hitting Hemsworth’s seat, but Cyrus never hit him.

It is reported that Cyrus will likely not face any charges.

Do you think the man was just going after them?
