French court stops publication of topless Kate Middleton pictures
HollywoodNews.com: There has been a small victory for Kate Middleton and the Royal Family as a French court has ordered no further publication of the topless pictures of her.
The court has reportedly ordered ‘Closer’ magazine to turn over all their digital copies or else they will face a $13,100 daily fine, states TMZ. However, this is only a small victory as the pictures have been published in other countries which this ruling does not cover.
But this all isn’t over as the Royal Family reportedly plans on dealing with the others involved including the photographer who took the pictures while Kate was at a private residence.
