Billy Ray Cyrus talks taking on Broadway

HollywoodNews.com: Billy Ray Cyrus is about to go somewhere he’s never been before as he hits the Broadway stage tonight.

Cyrus is going to be in ‘Chicago’ on Broadway from November 5th to December 23rd, states UsMagazine.com. Cyrus will be playing the role of Billy Flynn and couldn’t be more excited or nervous.

“I’ve been preparing for quite some time, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little nervous . . . OK, a lot nervous,” Cyrus admitted.

But he’s ready to tackle those nerves: “I’m really excited about getting up to New York City and living there. I’ve never lived in New York City, let alone step out on Broadway and pretend that I was Billy Flynn!”

Do you think he’ll do well in the role?
