HollywoodNews.com: Zac Efron and Taylor Swift are both plagued with dating rumors, but they want to make it clear that they are not dating each other.
The two, who both lent their voices to ‘The Lorax,’ revealed to Ellen DeGeneres that just because they are both in a film together doesn’t mean that the film started up a romance, states Access Hollywood. “He’s awesome, we are not a couple though. You hear people get together when they’re shooting movies, co-stars. But not like animated co-stars. You know what I’m saying,” Swift commented.
And it seems to be pretty true as Efron has been linked to Lily Collins after they allegedly spent Valentine’s Day together.

HollywoodNews.com: It’s a sad day for fans who wanted to see Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens reunite after breaking up earlier this year.
There were recent rumors out that the two were spotted at a Los Angeles club looking awfully cozy, but that just isn’t so, states E! News. Hudgens couldn’t have possibly been at Eden nightclub with Efron as she wasn’t even in town at the time.
“I don’t know how they were at a Hollywood nightclub when she isn’t in town,” Efron’s rep commented.
The two split after years of dating due to their busy schedules and long-distance relationship.

HollywoodNews.com: Defying even the most optimistic of predictions, The Lion King 3D (HERE for the film’s big not-so-fatal flaw) repeated at the top of the box office this weekend. The shockingly popular 3D-converted re-release dropped just 26% in its second weekend, grossing $22.1 million in what was allegedly the last weekend of its ‘limited engagement’.
I cannot imagine Disney not keeping this one in theaters until it plays out naturally, as we could easily be looking at a $100 million domestic total for the refurbished 17-year old cartoon. The Lion King 3D now has $61.6 million, giving the film a $389 million domestic total. Once it gets past $67 million, it will surpass the 1997 re-release of The Empire Strikes Back and become the second-biggest re-release of all time, behind the $137 million gross of Star Wars: Special Edition.
Unless Disney does pull the movie next Friday, it should pass $400 million at the end of next weekend, putting it within spitting distance of the $410 million domestic total of Toy Story 3. The $441 million domestic total for Shrek 2 seems out of reach for the moment, but we’ll know for sure by the end of next weekend.
Again, there is no reason to assume that every 3D-converted rerelease coming down the pike in the next year will perform like this one, anymore than other nationwide anniversary re-releases were expected to match the astonishing 1997 Star Wars Trilogy: Special Edition roll outs (HERE for a review of the Star Wars Blu Ray set). Considering this release was basically a glorified advertisement for the October 4th Blu Ray release, Disney is basically pulling pure profit on this one.

Hollywoodnews.com: Details are starting to emerge regarding Disney’s plans to celebrate a 3D release of it’s animated classic “The Lion King.”
Trailers for the enhanced version ran before the studio’s “Cars 2,”showing the entire opening sequence of the film in the converted 3D format. The full 3D version will be in theaters this October.
This morning, THR reveals that Disney also plans to celebrate the 5,000th performance of the stage musical “Lion King” at the London Lyceum.
In addition to the stage and screen parties planned for the “King,” Disney also will release the film on high-definition Disney Blu-ray, 3D Disney Blu-ray and DVD in November. It’s going to be a busy fall season for “The Lion King,” so be sure to participate in at least one of the magical events the studio is lining up.

Hudgens was born in Salinas, California, and lived all over the West Coast — from Oregon to Southern California — with her parents, Gina (née Guangco), who held a succession of office jobs, and Gregory Hudgens, a firefighter. She was raised as a Roman Catholic and has a younger sister, Stella Hudgens, who is also an actress. Hudgens is of mixed cultural background, as her father is of Irish and Native American descent, and her mother, a native of Manila, is of Chinese-Filipino-Spanish descent. Two of her grandparents were musicians.

HollywoodNews.com: ‘High School Musical’ costars, Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale, had some fun in the sun together at her 26th birthday beach party in Malibu on July 2nd. The ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ hunk appeared to be getting pretty comfortable with his friend of six years. Ashley’s current boyfriend, music video producer, Scott Speer, was also at the soiree.
According to Hollyscoop.com, and photos taken of the pair, Zac is seen snuggling up to Ashley, kissing her neck and giving her a piggyback and piggyfront ride. When Zac arrived at the party, Ashley tweeted: “So happy zacary made it to my party!!! He’s my brother/best friend!!!” However, Zac’s ex-girlfriend of four years, Vanessa Hudgens, who is also friends with Ashley, was not present at the bash.
What appears to be flirting is actually just goofing around, Hollyscoop explains. Ashley responded to the rumors with a tweet: “Don’t believe all pictures…I had such a great birthday party with my friends, Family, and BOYFRIEND Scott. I will not let stupid rumors ruin all the fun we had! Xoxo”. Reportedly, Zac and Ashley’s relationship is purely platonic and sibling-like.
