HollywoodNews.com: A man who allegedly stalked actress Jennifer Aniston has been arrested, according to reports.

According to court papers, “delusional” Jason Peyton drove across the United States on a one-man mission to find the former ‘Friends’ star. Cops found him waiting at a location he believed Aniston regularly visited. He had spent eight days trying to find her. Court documents reveal 24-year-old Peyton was discovered on 15 July “laying in wait in a location he believes she frequents with a sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston]”.

He had also carved huge messages into the paint of his car, which read “I Love Jennifer Aniston” and “I Love You Jennifer Aniston”. After being arrested, Peyton was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold. ‘The Bounty Hunter’ star has reportedly now obtained a restraining order against Peyton, whose violent past reportedly includes stabbing himself and hitting his mother with a golf club.

Peyton had previously been institutionalised and ordered to take anti-psychotic drugs, but authorities claim he stopped taking the medication in March. Cops caught up with Peyton after he left a note for his father on 25 June in Pennsylvania, saying he was going to California.

His father realised he was going to find Aniston and alerted the police. Peyton reportedly believes he is related to a string of celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox and former President George Bush.

HollywoodNews.com: If you’re looking for production problems, they’re not on the set of “Scream 4.”

Since cameras rolled on Wes Craven’s horror sequel in Detroit, Michigan, the internet has been rife with gossip, i.e. Lake Bell dropping out before filming and “Heroes” actress Hayden Panettiere ticked off over the script.

The actress tells Access Hollywood, “I don’t know whether it’s somebody projecting or, who knows where it came from, but ultimately it was very untrue and I love my character… I’m having a really good time doing it. It’s a really great cast.

“Wes Craven is an amazing human being and such a nice guy. It is such a pleasure to work with him… you can feel the crews at ease. They’re able to have fun – it’s not like twisting their arm to come to work. They actually really, really enjoy it, so it’s been a blast thus far.”

The fourth slasher installment stars its original cast members Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox as well as newcomers Emma Roberts and Panettiere.

HollywoodNews.com: “Glee” fever is so strong that it swayed Emmy voters who lauded the TV show with 19 nominations. But that wasn’t the only show to catch their eye: HBO’s miniseries “The Pacific” harpooned 24 nods.

In years past, the Emmys use to favor those series which were on the air for seasons on end, often times honoring them later in their run. But in recent years, the organization has become open minded to frosh shows, evident in its embrace of Fox’s “Glee,” ABC sitcom “Modern Family,” CBS’ “The Good Wife” and Showtime’s “Nurse Jackie.”

That said, the Emmys continue to have its favorites, i.e. “Mad Men,” “Breaking Bad” and “30 Rock.”

The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards will air on August 29 on NBC with Jimmy Fallon hosting from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. For the first time in 30 years, the awards show will air live all over the nation.

In terms of those series that aired season finales, Emmy voters favored ABC’s “Lost” in the top categories over Fox’s “24.”

New shows predominantly received some love in the supporting actor categories which saw a majority of the “Modern Family” cast in competition: Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen and Sofia Vergara were recognized. “Glee” co-stars Jane Lynch and Chris Colfer received nods. “Good Wife” co-star Christine Baranski was lauded.

The nominees for best reality included CBS’ “The Amazing Race,” Fox’s “American Idol,” ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” Bravo’s “Project Runway” and “Top Chef.”

Among those in the best variety, music or comedy series slot, Conan O’Brien from NBC’s “Tonight Show” will vie against seven-time winner Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” as well as “The Colbert Report,” HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” and NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”

Some outlets are reporting a reduced number of snubs, but that’s not true, for they abounded — greatly. TNT’s drama-edy “Men of a Certain Age” and its leading man Ray Romano were shut out of the drama and best actor categories (though co-star Andre Braugher earned a supporting actor nod). FX’s “Justified” was unjustly not recognized. ABC’s comedy “Cougar Town” and leading gal Courteney Cox didn’t find a destination on the list. And HBO’s “Treme” and “Big Love” were overlooked. As he and scripter Kevin Williamson reunite for a fourth “Scream” film, details regarding casting and plot are leaking out, generating serious interest in a franchise that died more than a decade ago. (“Scream 3,” also directed by Craven, came out in 2000.)

We already know that original “Scream” queen Neve Campbell is returning to the franchise to play Sidney Prescott. She’ll be joined by fellow “Scream” vets David Arquette and Courteney Cox. This morning, we’re learning that Adam Brody, Marley Shelton and Erik Knudsen have been added the mix, and that the horror thriller started filming earlier this week in Michigan.

The Hollywood Reporter also learned that Craven’s plan is to recruit a slew of fresh-faced, young victims, namely Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin and Nico Tortorella. Brody will play a police officer. Shelton will play a deputy who knew Campbell’s character in high school.

“Scream 4″ sounds like it has potential, if Craven and his cast can get back to what made the original so much fun. We’ll find out when the film opens on April 15, 2011.

Hollywoodnews.com: Dimension Films has deep-sixed a Star Magazine rumor that Jennifer Aniston was set to appear in the upcoming “Scream 4.”

Digital Spy got the scoop.

Similar to Drew Barrymore’s offing in the first “Scream,” there was gossip that Aniston would play a woman who is axed in the opening sequence. Aniston was supposedly taking the role as a favor to friend Courteney Cox.

“Scream 4” rolls before the cameras in July in Michigan. Sequel will be helmed by Wes Craven and stars Emma Roberts, Lake Bell, Hayden Panettiere, Neve Campbell and David Arquette.

SCREAM 4 hits theatres in April 15, 2011. Shooting will being in June 2010 in Michigan.

Roberts joins original SCREAM cast members also starring in SCREAM 4, Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courteney Cox Arquette. SCREAM 4 will be produced/directed by Wes Craven; screenwriter is Kevin Williamson. Iya Labunka is producing along with Craven.

Dimension Films is putting the finishing touches on its 2011 slate which focuses on continuing its most successful franchises. The first project to go into production this spring will be SCREAM 4, which Kevin Williamson is writing and Wes Craven has signed on to direct. Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courteney Cox Arquette will be reprising their roles from the original SCREAM installments. Joining the returning cast members will be a new group of young actors. The SCREAM franchise has grossed more than $500 million at the worldwide box office and ushered in a new wave of horror in the 1990s. SCREAM 4 will be released on April 15, 2011.

“SCREAM has been such an integral part of Dimension’s history, and I look forward to continuing the franchise,” said Bob Weinstein, co-chairman The Weinstein Company. “I’ve worked with Kevin Williamson and Wes Craven on so many films at Dimension and hope to continue our successful collaboration.” Wes Craven added, “I am delighted to accept Bob Weinstein’s offer to take the reins on a whole new chapter in SCREAM history. George Clooney has recruited yet another celebrity to support his Telethon this Friday. EOnline has reported that Robert Pattinson has signed on to be a presenter in London along with performances by Jay Z, Bono, Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, and Bruce Springsteen. Other celebrities already onboard his telethon marathon are Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal, Brad Pitt, Anna Kendrick, Sandra Bullock, Zac Efron, Bradley Cooper, Renee Zellweger, Chris Pine, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Colin Farrell, Gabourey Sidibe and Emily Blunt.

Clooney will be hosting the event from LA which will air on Jan. 22 at 8PM EST on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, and CMT.
