Access Hollywood has confirmed that MTV’S new hit reality drama “Jersey Shore” will be returning for a second season. The season finale of the show attracted 5 million viewers, and the new season is sure to attract just as many if not more.
MTV’s announcement of the deal has been delayed, probably due to the conflict in financial negotiations among the show’s cast members. A press release that was sent out by MTV states that season two of the show will have our favorite cast members escaping “the cold of the Northeast” and “find themselves in a new destination.” Does this mean a location change from the Shore? We’ll have to wait to find out.
