‘Glee’s’ Matthew Morrison talks making music with Gwyneth Paltrow

By Greg Hernandez
HollywoodNews.com: When they were working together on ‘Glee,’ Matthew Morrison and Gwyneth Paltrow made beautiful music together when they dueted on “Singin’ in the Rain.”
Their characters, choir teacher Will Schuester and substitute teacher Holly Holliday became romantically involved during Paltrow’s second guest spot in February (she returns for a third episode on April 19).
But they have another collaboration going on as well: Morrison tells ‘Entertainment Weekly’ that he asked Paltrow to sing on the album during her work on ‘Glee,’ but admits the conversation was slightly awkward.
“The hardest part of doing this album was asking these people favors, like Elton [John] and her,” says Matthew. “I’m so not that guy.”
The song Matthew chose to sing with Gwyneth is one ‘Glee’ fans will remember from the last episode of the first season: “Over the Rainbow.”

Naya Rivera’s ‘Glee’ character to explore sexuality

By Greg Hernandez
HollywoodNews.com: I may have strongly disliked the Sue Sylvester stuff in the post-Super Bowl episode of ‘Glee’ but was so pleased that just two days later, the show was back to its wonderful self for the Valentine’s Day episode.
Featured prominently was Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera), the “bad-girl” member of the Cheerios and the glee club who speaks her mind with brutal honesty. She also had a showdown with Lauren (Ashley Fink) over the affections of Puck (Mark Salling), gave Finn (Cory Monteith) and Quinn (Dianna Agron) mono and began a flirtation with Sam (Chord Overstreet).
So Santana is a busy girl!
But whatever happened to her bisexuality?
Back in October, she and Brittany (Heather Morris) were making out on top of a bed. As Santana kisses her neck, Brittany sighs: ‘Oh, sweet lady kisses’, before Santana smiles and says: ‘It’s a nice break from all that scissoring’, referring to a lesbian sexual position.
Well, I’ve just read in ‘TV Guide’ that when Gwyneth Paltrow returns to ‘Glee’ for another guest appearance this spring, her character of Holly Holliday will be the substitute sex education teacher.
