HollywoodNews.com: ‘Modern Family’ star Sofia Vergara’s career is red hot, and apparently so is she as she was voted the Most Desirable Woman by a poll on AskMen.com.

Vergara was reportedly voted the #1 Most Desirable Woman this year on the list of 99 women who have it all going on, states UsMagazine.com. Vergara was reportedly #3 on a previous list where she came in behind Mila Kunis and Blake Lively.

However, the list changed quite a bit this year as Kate Upton and Rooney Mara took the #2 and #3 spots.

The sky is the limit for Vergara, who’ll continue working on the latest season of “Modern Family: while also playing a part in Peter and Bobby Farrelly’s “The Three Stooges.” Could 2012 be even bigger for this beauty than 2011? We can’t wait to find out.

HollywoodNews.com: There’s more than meets the eye and ear when it comes to Sofia Vergara, whose stars in the hit ABC comedy Modern Family.

The two-time Emmy nominee sat with The Advocate’s Brandon Voss and explained why she supports the Latino gay community but didn’t want gay children of her own.

On her gay fans: “I’ve always had plenty of gay fans, even back in Colombia, probably because I’m voluptuous and a little over the top. Gay men always tell me how fabulous I am. I think they want to be Gloria. … All my fans must be very respectful, because I’ve never had a guy or a girl come up and grab my ass.”

On her girl crush: “I have many, but I love Halle Berry. She’s perfection. Every time I see her, I want to give her a standing ovation because she’s so flawless.”

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Modern Family’ star Sarah Hyland recently made a little joke about ‘Glee’ star Lea Michele, but it seems Lea didn’t like it one bit.

During ‘E!’s Fashion Police,’ Hyland made a joke about Lea’s intense red carpet posing which apparently hurt her feelings, states UsMagazine.com. “I gotta be honest. It hurt my feelings a little bit,” Lea commented.

“I really think the message of today is that women should motivate and empower women,” the actress said about why the little joke got to her so much.

Hyland did comment after the joke that she was just trying to be funny, not malicious.

Vergara recently admitted to ‘Redbook’ that dressing her body isn’t always so simple, states People. “I’m always in search of the perfect bra. I’ll find one, wear it for a long time, and they’ll discontinue it. It’s the story of my life!” Vergara revealed.

However, despite the fashion problems, she is embracing her new status as one of the hottest women in Hollywood: “It’s fantastic, because I’m almost 40 years old and they still put me on these lists of beautiful women.”

Vergara married Joe Gonzalez when she was 18 and then had her first child at 19, states UsMagazine.com. “When I had Manolo, I was 19, and I had the energy for everything,” Vergara recently told ‘Redbook.’

Since then, she has divorced that husband and is with her current boyfriend who wants children. However, now that she is 39, she is finding it harder to get on board with that idea: “I would have to get into that mind-set again, the waking up early.”

The program was nominated for six Critics’ Choice Television trophies, including best comedy series best supporting comedy actor (Ty Burrell, Ed O’Neill and Eric Stonestreet) and best supporting actress in a comedy (Julie Bowen and Sofia Vergara).

The Television Awards have 10 nominees in the Best Comedy and Best Drama categories. The inaugural nominees for comedy are “Modern Family,” “The Middle,” “The Big Bang Theory,” “Glee,” “Louie,” “Archer,” “Community,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office” and “30 Rock.”

Meanwhile, “Boardwalk Empire,” “Dexter,” “Friday Night Lights,” “Fringe,” “Game of Thrones,” “The Good Wife,” “Justified,” “The Killing,” “Mad Men” and “The Walking Dead” will compete for Best Drama.

The CCTAs were created earlier this year as a competitor to the annual Emmy Awards telecast. The awards program will be held on June 20 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. VH1.com will live stream the show, which will be rebroadcast on ReelzChannel on June 22.

‘Modern Family’ star Sarah Hyland revealed some news that she found terrifying, states People. “FYI, I’ve never met @charliesheen in my LIFE, and he’s following me now? Really creeped out. Ew. #notwinning,” Hyland posted.

However, maybe Sheen’s fans defended him because she reportedly soon removed the post and wrote, “The only CS I’m ever talking about again is CS Lewis. Classic.”

Also, it seems Sheen is no longer following her.
