Bradley Cooper allegedly shoots down Dita Von Teese

HollywoodNews.com: As it is rumored that Bradley Cooper is rekindling his romance with Zoe Saldana, it seems that he only has eyes for her.
Cooper was reportedly at Farfalla in Los Feliz where Dita Von Teese was also and allegedly tried to get a little attention from the actor, states RadarOnline. The burlesque queen reportedly tried to send Cooper a drink, but he allegedly rejected the offer (likely since he has been sober for 8 years).
Cooper reportedly ended up leaving the restaurant without even talking to Dita. However, she might not want to take it personally considering he has been spotted with Saldana again after dating for a few months.
Do you like him with Zoe or should he date someone else?

Topless Kate Middleton pictures published by French magazine

HollywoodNews.com: The French magazine ‘Closer’ better watch out for the Royal Family because they have published topless pictures of Kate Middleton that were taken by paparazzi while she was vacationing with Prince William at a private home.
The pictures were taken while Kate was with William in France at a chateau owned by the Queen’s nephew, Lord Linley, states TMZ. Kate was photographed with her bikini top off while at the private house.
The Royal Family has issued a serious statement: “Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner.”
“Their royal highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them. Officials acting on behalf of their royal highnesses are consulting with lawyers to consider what options may be available to the Duke and Duchess,” the statement continued.
The French magazine does have a UK version, but the publication did not publish the pictures and released a statement against the act: “[T]he comments made by the Editor of the French edition which have reported in the media today do not reflect the opinions of Closer magazine UK. Closer magazine UK takes its obligations under the PCC Code extremely seriously and would never publish topless images of a member of the Royal family on its cover or otherwise.”
What do you think about these pictures being taken and published?

Queen Latifah as possible Oscar host? Discuss! – AWARDS

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Are the Academy Awards circling their next potential host?
Noted Oscarologist Tom O’Neil floats the suggestion of Queen Latifah over at Gold Derby. This is just a shot in the dark on O’Neil’s part to put Latifah’s name into the discussion. Yet, as he points out, there are more than enough reasons to turn over the leaf, so to speak. The charismatic actor-singer-entertainer has history with Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, as they co-produced the musical “Chicago” (which earned Latifah her Oscar nomination). And the triple threat is a natural performer who could handle the white-hot Oscar spotlight.
But O’Neil doesn’t quote a source. He merely opens the discussion up to a thread. His readers seem to love the idea. And I like it, too. Latifah’s a proven talent. It makes no difference to me that she’s be the third African American to host the Oscars, as O’Neil points out. The host should be entertaining, no matter their color. And Latifah could sing, dance, make the audience comfortable and make viewers laugh.
We wanted to carry the discussion to HollywoodNews. What do you think about about Queen Latifah as an Oscar host? Should the Academy look into it? Share your thoughts below.

Happy Father’s Day, from Disney/Pixar’s BRAVE

HollywoodNews.com: Since ancient times, stories of epic battles and mystical legends have been passed through the generations across the rugged and mysterious Highlands of Scotland. From Disney and Pixar, a new tale joins the lore when the courageous Merida(voice of Kelly Macdonald) confronts tradition and challenges destiny to change her fate.
“Brave” follows the heroic journey of Merida, a skilled archer and headstrong daughter of King Fergus (voice of Billy Connolly) and Queen Elinor (voice of Emma Thompson). Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the unruly and uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin (voice of Kevin McKidd), surly Lord Macintosh (voice of Craig Ferguson) and cantankerous Lord Dingwall (voice of Robbie Coltrane). Merida’s actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric Witch (voice of Julie Walters) for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. The ensuing peril forces Merida to harness all of her skills and resources – including her clever and mischievous triplet brothers – to undo a beastly curse before it’s too late, discovering the meaning of true bravery.
Directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman, and produced by Katherine Sarafian, “Brave” is a grand adventure full of heart, memorable characters and signature Pixar humor that audiences of all ages around the world have come to eagerly expect. The film takes aim at theaters on June 22, 2012, and will be presented in Disney Digital 3D™ in select theaters.
