Katy Perry dissed by her best friend Katy Perry and Rihanna have become very close, but Rihanna might be feeling that she’s got one up on her good friend when it comes to music.
Rihanna was being interviewed by BBC’s Radio 1 about her new album ‘Loud,’ when she slightly insulted Perry’s music, states “I didn’t want the generic pop record that Ke$sha or Lady Gaga or Katy Perry would do,” Rihanna said about the music other women are doing.
Rihanna feels that all the songs on have been tailored to her and could only be done by her.

Muse band member admits to selling his soul to headline Twilight “Eclipse” album

By Kim Palacios Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme finally confessed to what many fans were already thinking—that the band sold its soul to record the headlining single on the soundtrack for “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”. The track, “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)”, is a huge diversion from the band’s library of edgy and otherwise sophisticated songs. Said the rocker to BBC’s Newsbeat, “I’m not sure how cool it is to be on those kind of things but sometimes you’ve just got to get your music out there in different ways.”
The lyrics tell the tale. Even other Muse songs used in earlier Twilight films are not as watered down as the “Eclipse” film headlining track. Whereas “Supermassive Black Hole” (which was heard on the “Twilight” movie soundtrack) uses quantum physics as a metaphor for tortured love, “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)” repeats the same set of pedestrian lyrics (“Our love would be forever. And if we died, we’d die together”) over and over.
“It’s very difficult in America because you don’t have anything like Radio 1, nothing is national,” continued the star. “You have to take every opportunity you get over there and sometimes you have to sell your soul.”
