HollywoodNews.com: Chris Brown was involved in some major issues when he had a domestic violence incident with Rihanna a few years back, but he apparently thinks he is growing up from that.
Brown recently opened up to ‘XXL’ magazine about how he is changing these days, states UsMagazine.com. “I’m normal. I’m human, so if anybody says something that’s a lie, I’m numb to it. I’ve smartened up. I haven’t been as mature and thought out in the past, so, me growing now, it’s showing my progression. I used to use my Twitter account to vent, but now I mostly use it for marketing and promotions,” Brown commented in the magazine.
However, he recently gotten into a Twitter argument where he exchanged insults with comedian Jenny Johnson. He then deleted his Twitter account after that.

Lindsay is reportedly being charged with three crimes in connection with a car accident she was involved in where she lied to officers about being the driver, states TMZ. Now, with these charges, the judge on her case might revoke her probation and send her to jail for quite some time.
Along with all that, Lindsay was just in a fight in a nightclub in New York. She allegedly punched another woman which led to the arrest. Now, she could be facing more charges for that matter along with more probation problems.

HollywoodNews.com: Chris Brown and Drake are going to be able to avoid a major problem as it is reported neither will be charged in connection with a nightclub fight that occurred some time ago.
Both are going to avoid charges as it is reported there is not enough evidence to move the case forward, states TMZ. The fight occurred on June 14th and allegedly involved the two and their entourages.
It is reported that surveillance video didn’t help as the images were dark and blurry. Now, no further investigation will take place in this matter.

HollywoodNews.com: Chris Brown better get it together because he recently failed a drug test as he tested positive for marijuana while on probation for the domestic violence matter with Rihanna.
Brown tested positive for marijuana in Virginia where it is illegal with or without a prescription, but the judge apparently cut him a break this time around, states TMZ. The judge allegedly noted that Brown is not required to undergo mandatory drug testing so she let him off the hook this time.
Brown’s case has now been moved to California as that is where he now lives. Brown apparently does have a medical prescription for marijuana in California.

It is rumored that Kanye has a sex tape out that involves a woman who looks a bit like Kim Kardashian as she is curvy with dark hair, states RadarOnline. In the roughly 20-minute tape, the woman reportedly comments that she is of legal age and also married but no longer having sex with her husband.
It is believed that the alleged sex tape was shot shortly before Kanye started dating Kim, and he is desperate to keep it private. Kanye has seemed to be praising Kim’s sex tape as he references it in a new song, but it sounds like he doesn’t want one of his own out there.

HollywoodNews.com: Jessica Simpson’s dad, Joe Simpson, has reportedly pleaded not guilty in regard to his recent driving under the influence arrest.
It is reported that he had his lawyer enter the plea on his behalf and now has a pretrial hearing date set for October 11th, states UsMagazine.com. He was originally arrested and held overnight after officers stopped him at a checkpoint and discovered that he appeared intoxicated.
With the DUI charges, he could be facing a maximum of six months in jail, three years of probation and a $1,000 fine.
