Brand could reportedly get about $20 million in the divorce, but allegedly isn’t interested in taking any of her earnings, states TMZ. The split is allegedly amicable which is why he will reportedly pass on taking any money.

Community asset laws would give him 50% of her earnings which were reportedly over $44 million around the time they married.

That’s why actress Minka Kelly and iconic fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg are teaming up with Diet Coke and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s (NHLBI) The Heart Truth ® campaign. The goal: to raise awareness of women’s heart health educational programs. Five lucky Diet Coke fans will join these women for the star-studded Red Dress Collection Fashion Show on February 8, which kicks-off New York Fashion Week.

This year marks the fifth year Diet Coke will play an active role in The Heart Truth ® campaign. Diet Coke is taking its efforts online, on packaging and on the runway to call attention to women’s heart health educational programs. Minka Kelly will join Diet Coke and walk the Red Dress runway in a custom Diane von Furstenberg dress.

Diet Coke fans walked their own virtual runway by using their social networks to “show their hearts” for the cause and entering to win a chance to attend the annual Red Dress Collection Fashion Show. Using the hashtag “#ShowYourHeart,” people shared photos of themselves wearing red via Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram. The entries were judged, and the five best photos were selected. Minka Kelly then judged the five winning photos to choose one grand prize winner, who received a shopping spree with a style expert. All five winners will be attending this week’s event.

“I loved the creativity the winners showed in their photos, and now I can’t wait to show off Ms. von Furstenberg’s creation and raise awareness at the Red Dress Collection Fashion Show,” said Minka Kelly. “Heart health is important for women of every age, and it’s up to each of us to help spread the word to the women we love.”

In addition to the dress Minka Kelly will be wearing in the Fashion Show, Diane von Furstenberg created a limited-edition collection of Diet Coke aluminum bottles featuring her iconic prints. The bottles will be sold in select Diane von Furstenberg stores in New York and on DVF.com during the month of February. Proceeds from the bottle sales will benefit the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH), in support of The Heart Truth ® and women’s heart health research and educational programs.

The Heart Truth ® supporters can also help raise funds for the cause by “donating a tweet.” For each person who re-tweets Diet Coke’s The Heart Truth ® post on February 8, Diet Coke will donate $1 to the FNIH, up to $100,000.

Throughout the month of February, Diet Coke drinkers also will be treated to special packaging featuring the now familiar stick figure painting a large, red heart. Additionally, more than six billion packages of Diet Coke will feature The Heart Truth ® logo throughout the year.

HollywoodNews.com: Hammer’s chilling ghost story The Woman in Black shattered box office expectations during its three day opening weekend (Fri-Sun) in the US, grossing just over $21m to come in a very close second place.

Hammer, an Exclusive Media company’s, adaptation of Susan Hill’s classic novel, starring Daniel Radcliffe, opened on almost 3000 screens through CBS Films with a per screen average of approximately $7,400, and also took the number one position in the Canadian box office.

This weekend’s three day gross makes The Woman in Black the highest opening ever for a Hammer film in the US and one of the very few British films that has broken the $20m opening weekend threshold.

The exceptionally strong US box office weekend was up over 35% on 2011 figures and is particularly striking because it was Super Bowl Sunday, a traditionally weaker box office weekend.

The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe, is the iconic production company’s first ever feature ghost story. It is directed by James Watkins and adapted by Jane Goldman from the book by Susan Hill.

The film is a Hammer, Alliance Films, The UK Film Council presentation, in association with Cross Creek Pictures. A Talisman production in association with Exclusive Media. Producers are Richard Jackson, Simon Oakes and Brian Oliver. Executive Producers are Guy East, Nigel Sinclair, Tobin Armbrust, Marc Schipper, Neil Dunn, Xavier Marchand, Roy Lee and Tyler Thompson.

Commenting on the success of The Woman in Black, Simon Oakes, President & CEO of Hammer and Vice Chairman of Exclusive Media said: “We are delighted that The Woman in Black has performed so well. HollywoodNews.com: It looks like Jay-Z has one less problem to deal with as he has had a lawsuit over a private jet matter dismissed by the jet company.

The rapper was being sued for about $137,000 for allegedly not paying up in 2010 for 55 hours of flying time on a private jet while he did pay for 37 hours, states TMZ.

Now, the case has been dismissed by the jet company although it is unclear why.

It is believed that a private settlement might have been reached in this case.

HollywoodNews.com: As I wrote yesterday (HERE), I don’t care which of the two big releases end up at number one for this weekend. Chronicle and The Woman In Black are both low-budget over/under $15 million releases that are somewhat abnormal in terms of what’s considered a mainstream release, both were exceedingly well-marketed (as opposed to ‘saturation marketing’), and both are unqualified hits after their first three days. But since I have to choose which film to discuss first, I will pick Chronicle (review), which A) I’ve seen and B) is the unofficial #1 film this weekend with $22 million (as opposed to The Woman In Black, which made ‘just’ $21 million). Chronicle announces the arrival of director Josh Trank (and writer Max Landis, son of John). The quite compelling and thoughtful character study, which is plays with the genre trappings of as super-hero origin story through the ‘found footage’ format, cost just $12 million and drew a large chunk of young audiences of both genders (it played 45% female). I have no idea what the legs will be like on this downbeat morality play (it received a B from Cinemascore), but I’d argue its artistic and box office success pretty much kills Warner Bros’s planned live-action Akira remake and hurts Sony’s The Amazing Spider-Man (which is advertising itself as a more low-key and emotionally-gritty superhero origin story… whoops). Come what may, a very good and creative little movie just opened very well, and that’s a win for everyone.

The Woman In Black also is a winner on several fronts. Its $21 million debut is nearly twice the previous opening weekend record for CBS Films, which acquired the $17 million production for $3 million. The allegedly rock-solid Hammer Horror ghost story (I held off because my wife might want to see it) played mostly to younger females, which may be a sign that Daniel Radcliffe is in fact a box office draw/heartthrob. He has had a history of packing his London stage turns (Equus and How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying) and he killed on Saturday Night Live a couple weeks ago, so it may be the case where the Harry Potter series has turned him into something closer to Harrison Ford than Mark Hamill. Still, the PG-13 horror sub-genre is strong enough, especially with younger women, to put the opening entirely on Radcliffe’s shoulders, but it will be very interesting to see how him or any of the other former Potter actors fare as they begin their post-Hogwarts careers (here’s Elisabeth Rappe’s rundown on what projects each of the major actors – young and old – have lined up next).

The other wide debut was a qualified bust, as Big Miracle opened with just $8.5 million. Universal was surely hoping for something similar to the $20 million+ debut of Dolphin Tale last September, but the jam-packed cast (John Krasinski, Drew Barrymore, Kristen Bell, Dermot Mulroney, Ted Danson, Stephen Root, Tim Blake Nelson, and Rob Riggle) didn’t seal the deal. The film cost $40 million, which means that Universal will have to hope for uncommonly strong legs as well as the title becoming a casual family rental choice over the next several years. It played 68% female and 67% under 25 years old. The major limited release was the four-screen debut of Madonna’s directorial debut W.E., which earned just $11,200 per screen. There isn’t too much to report in holdover news. The Grey dropped 51%, which actually isn’t bad considered how divisive the film’s ending turned out to be, but a bit below the 42% drop for Liam Neeson’s Unknown last year. The $25 million Liam Neeson action drama now has $34 million, which means it should make it to around $55 million, although it’s going to get clobbered next weekend by the Denzel Washington/Ryan Reynolds action picture Safe House. Underworld: Awakenings has $54 million after three weekends, meaning it is neck-and-neck with Underworld: Evolution. Expect Underworld IV to end up slightly out-grossing Underworld II to take the domestic crown for the franchise. But the real story will be overseas business, where Sony is hoping for a 3D boom. With $108 million worldwide thus far, it’s just $3 million away from being the top-grossing global hit in the franchise as well.

Katherine Keigl’s One For the Money floundered in weekend two, dropping 54% and ending all hope for an ongoing franchise. It has grossed $19 million thus far, meaning it will easily be her lowest-grossing lead role. Man On A Ledge dropped a decent 44%, but it was working off of a $8.5 million debut in the first place. Hence the $40 million thriller has just $14 million in ten days. Red Tails continues to trudge along, with $41 million in the domestic bank. It probably won’t make it to $58 million (its budget), but producer George Lucas earns points for trying. In good news for good movies, Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol crossed the $600 million worldwide mark, as it slowly makes its way towards Mission: Impossible II’s $215 million domestic gross (it’s at $205 million stateside). It’s already Cruise’s biggest worldwide hit ever, and as I wrote a few days ago (HERE), it remains a prime victim of the over-saturation of new releases and the lack of viable second run options. Point being, it’s been bleeding theaters even as it remains a potentially popular attraction purely due to the onslaught of new releases.

In Oscar nominee news, Hugo had a tiny drop and powered its way past the $60 million mark. It’s still going to be a financial bath (it cost $140 million), but at least some of that Devil Inside money ($53 million on a $1 million budget) won’t be in vain. The Artist dropped just 22% and finally crossed the $20 million mark, as did The Iron Lady (which dropped 42%). The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo sits just outside too major benchmarks, as it has $99 million in domestic box office and $199 million worldwide. So yes, it is finally a hit, but it still cost way too much for its various restrictions. War Horse now has $77 million while The Adventures of Tintin crossed $75 million this weekend (the two Spielberg films have, respectively, $112 million and $367 million worldwide). The Descendants has arguably benefited the most from Oscar attention, as the Alexander Payne drama is now at $65 million, or a stone’s-throw away from Sideways’s $72 million cume. And Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (which, warts and all, is a good movie that I frankly think is better than The Artist or Midnight In Paris) has now matched its $25 million budget.

Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds bring the old-school R-rated action with Safe House, Dwayne Johnson replaces Brendan Fraser in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island 3D, Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams do the rom-drama route in The Vow, and George Lucas re-releases Star Wars Episode One: The Phantom Menace in 3D. Yeah, the President’s Day holiday is going to be a busy one indeed.

HollywoodNews.com: As of yesterday, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol has earned $594 million worldwide, meaning that it has surpassed the $591 million earned in 2005 by War of the Worlds to become the biggest worldwide grosser in Tom Cruise’s career. Domestically, the film sits at $203 million, or behind the $215 million grossing Mission: Impossible II and the $234 million-grossing War of the Worlds. On the domestic front, it’s still ninth in terms of inflation, but the Tom Cruise films of the 1980s and 1990s didn’t have to deal with losing 1,600 screens in two weeks despite strong legs. It is beyond unfortunate that even a film as ‘leggy’ as Mission: Impossible IV has to contend with arbitrarily losing screens due to the 2-5 new releases that drop each and every weekend. The jam-packed schedule of mainstream movie releases, as well as the absence of a viable second-run market, has kneecapped any number of films over the last 5-10 years and resulted in screen-bleed and depressed total grosses even if the films didn’t exhibit the usual ‘quick-kill blockbuster’ behavior.

But, if I may be a bit more positive, we have a film that has grossed $200 million in the US from an $12.7 million opening weekend. There are just a handful of movies that have posted lower wide or even semi-wide opening weekends which still ended up with $200 million on their initial release in record history, and it’s pretty prestigious company. They are Jaws ($7 million semi-wide release opening weekend), The Empire Strikes Back ($10.8 million wide release opening), Raiders of the Lost Ark ($8.3 million), Back to the Future ($11.1 million), Ghost ($12.1 million), and My Big Fat Greek Wedding (wide release opening – $3 million). Heck, if you don’t want to count the IMAX sneak preview as the film’s opening, you still have a mere $29 million Fri-Sun debut, the kind of figure that, even in the holiday season, often isn’t enough to get a film to $150 million, let alone $200 million. This is an uncommon feat in a front-loaded era, and a real win for all parties, and a divisive strike for the idea that opening weekends don’t need to be the be all/end all of domestic box office.

Middleton split with her beau of a couple years, Alex Loudon, last fall.

Percy will reportedly one day become the Duke of Northumberland.

The two Hollywood stars have reportedly finally put their home in the Los Feliz area up for sale at about $3.65 million, states TooFab. The home is reportedly 2,800-square-feet with eco-friendly solar power.

The house has four bedrooms and an oversized saltwater pool. You can also enjoy the master suite that has its own walled mini-garden and outdoor bath.
