Jack Black pitches animation flick

Jack Black is the big piece of the pie in a new untitled animation pitch to Illumination Entertainment, according to Vareity. Black’s last animation hit “Kung Fu Panda” proved that despite his quirky antics, he is still plays a major role in the formula for success. The new movie is centered around a world where the main mission is to find legendary creatures such as the Loch Ness Monster or Big Foot.

The pitch was made with Black in attendance who will co-produce the movie with Ben Cooley through Electric Dynamite. Black will not be cast as a voice in the film, but this will mark his first animation project as a producer.
