Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey wanted for “Enchanted 2”

Walt Disney Studios Chairman Rich Ross is putting the pieces in motion for “Enchanted 2,” the sequel to the audience-friendly “Enchanted” that rolled in $340 million worldwide. “The Proposal’s” Anne Fletcher is set to direct with Jessie Nelson (“Stepmom”) to write the screenplay. “Enchanted’s” original director Kevin Lima will not be returning to the movie.

The studio would like to get back Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden and maybe Susan Sarandon for the sequel, but all of that is unsure.

If they can’t get Amy and Patrick, they really might as well not bother.

Agreed! This two made the first film as cute as it was.. without them, they definitely should NOT make it.

They should also try to get Idina Menzel back, especially considering that she sings (Glee) and has been placed into the animated world via her character. They should make her more humorous, as well. Two of her bloopers from Enchanted were outrageously funny, a fact that displays she has a sense of humor..
