Wall Street 2 gets pushed back to Sept. 24

The new Oliver Stone film, “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” has been pushed back from April 23 to September 24 to try to make an attempt to have it show at the Cannes Film Festival. Variety reported that “Insiders say the film has a strong shot at being included in the fest, which runs May 12-23.” The film stars Michael Douglas who plays the role of Gordon Gekko across Shia LaBeouf who plays the Charlie Sheen role from the original 1987 film. The film also stars Carey Mulligan who acts as LaBeouf’s love interest and Josh Brolin.
