Getting in shape the Paltrow way

Even though she didn’t get to kick ass in “Iron Man 2” like Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, 37, gained 10 pounds of muscle to reprise her role as the superhero’s main squeeze Pepper Potts.

Um, Gwyneth, we never thought you were fat. Furthermore, was there a catfight between Pepper and Black Widow we didn’t know about?

Anyway, here hour and a half a day exercise routine entails working with trainer Tracy Anderson, who stresses dance cardio and a legs video.

“This 26-minute long video was an amazing start for getting the butt and legs I had always hoped for,” Paltrow told US Magazine, “This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event so that I can do ridiculous things like be a 37-year-old mother of two and wear shorts!”

Paltrow followed a strict diet of five days including kale juice and low-carb vegan wraps.

“Now, I am not a good dieter and I cannot ever do it for long — only when there is a goal in sight, which there was in this case,” exclaims Paltrow, who has changed up her eating habits for her drama Love Don’t Let Me Down.
