Justin Bieber performs in L.A., richter scales go nuts
Hollywoodnews.com: There was a lot of screaming last night at the Los Angeles Staples Center.
No, no one was gassed nor did the L.A. Lakers win the championship, rather 16-year old Justin Bieber took the stage at KIIS-FM’s annual Wango Tango concert.
After being introduced by “Twilight: Eclipse” cast members Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed, he jumped into his seven-song set with “Love Me,” an ode to the ’90s greatness of the Cardigans’ “Lovefool” followed by “One Less Lonely Girl.”
According to MTV News, Bieber serenaded a female fan onstage during “Lonely Girl” and ended the song by giving her flowers and a big hug at the end. No word yet as to whether his latest g.f. Kardashian sister
Kendall Jenner plans to throw acid in his eyes for that.
Next up in Bieber’s cannon were “Somebody to Love,” “U Smile” and “One Time.”
The singer rounded out the date with a freestyle dance cover of Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ ” before segueing to Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” – the highlight of which was Bieber on drums.
The pop singer topped off his Tango performance with a sing-along to his “Baby” tune.
