Kim Kardashian double crossed by phone company More powerful than the internet, Kim Kardashian’s tweets have the power to bring down a business.

To all you corporate maves out there – make sure you give her great customer service.

Bombay, India call centers, make a note.

Kardashian has issues with NYC Peach, a company that custom re-designs cell phones for the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. Both Khloe and Kim are spitting daggers at one Sarah Gold from that company on Twitter per Zimbio.

Apparently, Kim sent her phone in to NYC Peach to get retro-fitted and never saw it again.

“I sent my camera 2 Sarah Gold at NYC Peach in Dec, its now May she promised 2 send it dozens of times.

She now won’t respond 2 calls or emails,” she tweets, further elaborating, “She (Sarah) approached me on twitter! I tried 2 resolve this thru emails and numerous calls, just don’t want this 2 happen 2 others.”

Kim has a tendency to bash businesses on Twitter and even got slapped with a defamation lawsuit last Christmas when she claimed that Dr. Siegel’s Cookie Diet was unhealthy. Read the Fox News article here.

    Kim I understand how you feel as I was used the same way as far as cell phone situation, but mine cost me $ 9,000.00. As when I went to cellular one to buy a cell phone and minutes, the girl told me if I have any problems with be connected outside the US, all I have to do is call the operator. Never was it mentioned that cellular one had a operator number or was I given a booklet to read for better understanding, and it cost me $ 9,000.00 for one month of calls. I am 68 years old and this was my first encounter with a cell phone.. Good luck to you in your endeavours, as I think the world of you. Edward
