Victoria Beckham’s diet can be found in her dressing room demands Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice, 36, is gaining weight so that she can try to have a fourth child with Soccer star David.

However, she likes her food prepared a certain way, not to mention – it must be healthy. U.K.’s Sun got a hold of her ‘dressing room rider’ before photo shoots. So in case you want to look like a Spice Girl, here’s how you should diet:

–Fatty salad dressings, oil and butter are banned.
–Recipe for a Posh salad: cut pineapple with grated lime peel, green seedless grapes, red grapes (frozen), cut-up pear with lemon juice, apples, peeled pink grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
–Thick balsamic vinegar (not vinaigrette) for green salads, but on the side.
–Snacks? Just chewing gum.
–Flavored water, i.e. peppermint, green tea or Veuve Clicquot champagne.
–Never mix your fruit. Keep it separate.
–Scented candles, iPod speakers, a clean robe, baby wipes and white, cream or purple flowers, but not to eat. That’s just for atmosphere.

The source also adds: “There is never a request for anything with more than a handful of calories.

“We joked about leaving a Big Mac in the dressing room – but we know we’d get fired.”

    this is so obvioulsy fake. she’s just disciplined. she does not starve herself. she has 3 kids! the latter is nottttttt possible if truly anorexic.
