Tiger Woods’ new Florida estate almost completed

HollywoodNews.com: Tiger Woods has split from Elin Nordegren, but the two could share a property of theirs should they make it official and divorce.

In January of 2006, Tiger bought a place spanning 10 acres on Jupiter Island in Florida for $40 million. According to Radar Online he proceeded to tear down the existing 13-year-old house in order to start new and build it from the ground up.

The new residence is almost near completion and the could value over $50 million.

It looks like Elin could rake in a lot more than expected should they call it quits for good.

I read somewhere that this house was designed by Elin. Maybe Elin and the children will get the house as part of the divorce settlement since it is being rumored that she will be moving to southern Florida.
