Interview with “Runner Runner” on their new album

By Erin Darling & Miriam Newcomer The band Runner Runner is the first band to sign to David Letterman’s new record label, C.E. Music, in conjunction with Capitol Records. The Southern California group comprised of Ryan Ogren, Nick Balley, Peter Munters, Jon Berry, and James Ulrich says that they drew their name from Ogren and Barry’s love for poker. They said, “‘runner runner’ is a poker term that, loosely defined, means “coming out of nowhere and pulling off a winning hand at the last possible moment.”

Here we are bringing you a video interview in which the band discusses their new album and what fans can look forward to in the future.
