Snooki, JWoWW slapped with $75,000 law suit for beating a lady If there’s a bar fight to be had, look no farther than the “Jersey Shore’s” Snooki and JWoWW.

The girls are being sued by a Chicago woman, Carrie Malec, who claims the duo assaulted her on a Miami dance floor during the production of the MTV reality show.

The incident took place on May 6 according to Page Six.

Viacom and MTV are also named in the suit.

Malec is seeking $75,000 for physical and emotional stress and believes the media company is “profiting from criminal activity of its employees.”

The plaintiff insists that the incident not be broadcasted on the air.

Malec stirred Snooki and JWoWW after approaching the male cast members at the club.

“Jersey Shore” Season Two airs on MTV on July 29 at 10 p.m.
