Madonna builds fence on her Long Island farm, creates stir Madonna is building a horse fence on her Long Island property and that’s causing a stir with the local town government.

The Material Woman started constructing a fence on her 30-acre Bridgehampton property, which she is renaming Wild Horses Farms.

Though Madonna owns the land, reports Page Six, the town of Southampton and Suffolk County possess the property’s development rights.

Wild Horses received a cease-and-desist letter from the Suffolk County and Madonna and co. filled out a form to complete the fence.

A committee will review the request at the end of this month.
