I had been told by one of your staff attending to the Forbidden Journey ride that this ride is similaar to Disney’s Ride at Epcot called “SOARING”. I had taken this ride many times in our visits to Disney. When I got on The Forbidden Journey ride on July 19th, I immediately was jolted in every direction. I was jolted from side to side, up down, and started becoming ill. I felt sick to my stomach and I dizzy and completely disoriented. When the ride finally stopped your EMT person Bruce, two other employees and my daughter attended to me. Bruce and your two employees were very kind, concerned and thoughtful and I am thankful that they were there to help me recover from this experience. Days later I had episodes dizziness everytime I put my head on my pillow to sleep at night. These episodes are less frequent now.
I wish you would consider putting in a ride like “SOARING”, in the Harry Potter Park for those of us who cannot take the jolting of a fas tand furious ride like Forbidden Journey. I know it would be just as popular and very enjoyaable for seniors like myself.
I love your theme park and I will come back again. I highly recommend Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I am a big fan of J.K. Rawling’s Harry Potter Books. Thank you for the opportunity to e-mail you. Yours truly Josephine Parr
