Kyle Riabko joins ‘90210’ cast as gay love interest Canadian actor Kyle Riabko has been cast as the new love interest for “90210”‘s newly gay main character in Season 3, reports Michael Ausiello.

Riabko is perhaps best known as a stage veteran (having succeeded Jonathan Groff as Melchior in the national touring cast of Broadway musical “Spring Awakening” and more recently starred in “Hair”), but also featured in a guest turn on “Instant Star.” He is also a musician in his own right.

No official word on which current male cast member will come out with Riabko as his love interest, but After Elton claims Silver’s beau Teddy will be the Beverly Hills boy to switch teams when “90210” returns September 13.
