Not guilty plea in Snooki court case

By Molly Sullivan Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s lawyer has entered a not guilty plea on behalf of the ‘Jersey Shore’ star and her three charges that occurred while she was allegedly drunk at the Shore.

The reality TV star did not have to attend the court hearing where her plea was entered for the charges that include disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance, reports OMG!. It is also reportedly likely that she will face an additional charge of annoying people at the beach in New Jersey.

Snooki’s arrest occurred last month and her trial will occur on September 8, 2010.

She has previously commented on the matter, alleging that she was drunk and put in a “drunk tank” in order to sober up, but that this matter isn’t a big deal.
