How T.I. tried to make the most of his jail time

By Molly Sullivan T.I. was released from prison in March, and now he is opening up that instead of sitting in jail and waiting to get out, he spent some time trying to help others so that they would be prepared once they are released.

The rapper revealed on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ that he taught a class called ‘Self-Enrichment’ in hopes of helping fellow inmates figure out how to “change criminal ways of thinking,” reports Digital Spy. As he served time for gun possession charges, T.I. created an “open conversation” about how the inmates look at things in life and how to deal with that.

He was encouraged to teach the class and open up to others after noticing so many people in there wondering what they would do next after they were released from jail. T.I. also feels changed and wants to straighten out his life.
