Madonna could be paid $1 billion to head to Vegas

By Molly Sullivan Madonna could make a huge deal if she makes the decision to head to Las Vegas and commits to performing shows there for five years.

Many musical artists, like Celine Dion, Elton John and Cher, have made deals like this, but Madonna would reportedly be offered $1 billion to make the move, reports Hollyscoop. Vegas would want the Material Girl to be there for five years, which would probably draw quite the crowd.

However, it is unsure as to whether or not this deal would conflict with another deal Madonna is currently signed to with Live Nation. Madonna has a $120 million deal to distribute three studio albums, promote concert tours, sell merchandise and license her name.
