Sandra Bullock to celebrate Hurricane Katrina success story

By Molly Sullivan Now that Sandra Bullock feels more connected to New Orleans than ever because of her son, Louis, being born in the area, she’s going to help celebrate a recent Hurricane Katrina success story.

Bullock will be in New Orleans this weekend with Mayor Mitch Landrieu to help cut the ribbon for the new $700,000 health clinic she helped fund at Warren Easton Charter High School, reports People.

The historical public school reportedly suffered $4 million in damages as the result of Katrina, so Bullock has allegedly been donating funds to help with everything from marching band uniforms to reconstruction of the auditorium.
