Rare Handwritten Manuscripts from Harry Potter on Display in Scotland

HollywoodNews.com: By Hanako M. Ricks: Never-before-seen handwritten manuscripts from the Harry Potter series have been placed on display in Scotland for a limited time.

The pages, which include the “Ballad of Nearly Headless Nick”, are being displayed at the ReadingLasses bookshop in Wigtown, Scotland as part of the Wigtown Book Festival for a 10-day run beginning today. The pages – along with a few others – were previously donated to Scottish Language Dictionaries in 2005. The “Ballad of Nearly Headless Nick” was edited out of the second title in the seven-book series, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

Photos of the pages are shown below, courtesy of BBC.
