J.K. Rowling to Appear on “Oprah”

By Hanako M. Ricks

HollywoodNews.com: In addition to all of the promotions surrounding the upcoming release of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” an announcement has been made stating that J.K. Rowling, author of the popular books-turned-movies, will appear next Friday on The Oprah Show.

It was announced a couple of weeks ago that Oprah was looking for Harry Potter fans to appear on an upcoming episode of her show. According to WSOCTV’s website, Oprah will appear “on location” in Scotland to talk to the best-selling author about her “rags-to-riches” story, her depression, critics, and other topics, including an offer she received from the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

You can check this link to find out when the show will air in your area.
