Lindsay Lohan enters rehab with a self-help book
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan posted bail and was able to leave jail in an action that has finally opened up her eyes to her problems.
She has officially voluntarily entered a live-in rehab facility to get some intensive treatment and did not enter it empty handed. According to Radar Online, she walked into the facility with Dr. Matthew Edlund’s “The Power of Rest: Why Sleep Alone is Not Enough,” which he claims is a “30 day step-by-step program to help you actively reset your body.”
Dr. Edlund said, “Lindsay has enormous performance pressure and that on top of alcohol and drugs causes her to have an inability to rest. When people are drinking and doing drugs their body clock is off completely and that is why Lindsay can’t sleep because cocaine changes your whole sleep pattern.”
He adds, “That’s how you get into the depressants-to-sleep and the stimulants-to-rise pattern that happens so often with celebrities. She seems to have gotten herself into that trap and this book can help her get out of it.”
