Faith Evans makes deal in DUI case
Hollywoodnews.com: Faith Evans – the singer who was formally married to the Notorious B.I.G and the mother of his son- has copped a plea deal in her drunk driving case. Evans, who was stopped in L.A. this past August, was facing two counts of DUI, but has since worked out a deal with prosecutors.
TMZ reports that Evans agreed to plead “no contest” to a lesser charge of reckless driving.
The singer was sentenced to 36 months of probation, as well as pay a $300 fine and attend three months of an alcohol program.
