Celebs make it back online after raising $1 million

HollywoodNews.com: A number of celebrities have been “dead” on social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, but now they are all back after raising money for charity.

Celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga and Ryan Seacrest left these networks until $1 million was raised for Alicia Keys’ charity Keep a Child Alive, states People. The money has apparently been raised and the stars are able to go back online.

Unfortunately, Usher, who was also taking part, didn’t quite hold to his promise as he was on Twitter before the charity had $1 million in donations.

Do you think this was a good idea for raising money?
