Adam Lambert starting to think about second album

“Are you a huge fan of “Adam Lambert” who likes to blog? We’ve got a job for you…” Adam Lambert has had a great amount of success with his first album, ‘For Your Entertainment,’ and now he is starting to think about his second album.

While he hasn’t started working on the new album, he is trying to figure out the “direction” he will go in, states Digital Spy (via X Magazine). “My brain is starting to churn, the gears are slowly rotating, but I’ve been writing things down like concepts, ideas, the general kind of direction I want to go in and people I want to work with,” Lambert said about his plans.

He admits that right now his second album is pretty much an “embryo” but fans will certainly be waiting to hear more about what they can expect.

Are you excited for another album from Adam Lambert?

I’ve never followed anyone like Adam. His voice just infuses every pore of my body. I can’t wait for the new album. Every day i listen to FYE at least twice. Pictures of him line the walls of my home. I’ve tried to wean myself but I cannot,He is my guilty pleasure. Guilty only that I spend more time thinking about him than I should. I met him 2 months ago and cannot forget how beautiful a man he is both visually and internally. I will be a fan forever. I dread the day that google does not bring me Adam News.

Rock out this time Adam. Think Adam Duritz (Counting Crows), Pete Townsend (The Who), Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Bernie Taupin (Elton John), Radiohead, Tom Petty and so on…all still living and still cool in their own right.

Don’t use anything from Pink, Adam. She’ll take it and put it on her next greatest hits album.

  • December 11, 2010 | Permalink |

I agree Lini I think he should do nothing with Pink either….she didn’t make it a hit, and it doesn’t sound right her singing it, that is Adams song now….

I love FYE, but also love the acoustic songs, so I’d hope for some of both styles, as he does in his concerts. And someday, I hope he will do a Broadway song album. I’d love to hear him do something from Jesus Christ, Superstar, Phantom of the Opera, etc. His song from Brigadoon on Youtube is exquisite!
