Betty White didn’t really want a full-time role Although Betty White’s career is hotter than ever, the actress really wasn’t sure about working all the time back when she was offered the role on ‘Hot In Cleveland.’

White admits that after doing the pilot and then being offered the gig full-time, she was hesitant, states Digital Spy (via Emmy magazine). “They asked if I would do some more, and I explained that wasn’t our deal,” White said about turning the gig down.

However, her bosses were adamant about having her involved and would do anything to make it happen: “They made so many concessions that I was embarrassed to keep saying no.”

Do you think Betty White made the right decision?
