Lindsay Lohan Waits for Decision in Alleged Jewelry Theft Lindsay Lohan continues to wait for a decision from the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office on whether or not she will be prosecuted for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace Jan. 22 from Kamofie & Company, a jewelry store in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the D.A. will not make a decision this week, even though it was initially reported that a decision would be made by the end of this week. LAPD submitted Lohan’s case to the D.A. yesterday.

The D.A. is most likely taking time with the decision because of the three possible options available for the troubled young actress. The D.A. can either file a felony grand theft charge, a misdemeanor grand theft charge, or no charge at all.
