Charlie Sheen wants public to know he tricked them with fake quote Charlie Sheen is apparently enjoying the fact that he made up a quote and the public believed that it was real.

At the beginning of Sheen’s media rants, he reportedly quoted a man he called a famous war hero, J. Edgar Billets, states

“The thing leads off with a famous war quote from 1843 by J. Edgar Billets — made it up! Made it up!” Sheen reportedly said on a video.

Sheen also commented that he’s just trying to keep things interesting with all of his odd statements.
