‘Celebrity Apprentice’s’ Richard Hatch going back to jail

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ star and former ‘Survivor’ winner Richard Hatch will reportedly be returning to jail.

Hatch will reportedly be going back to jail for nine months as he hasn’t paid taxes on the $1 million prize he won on ‘Survivor,’ states UsMagazine.com. He was previously in jail for tax evasion, being released in 2009.

Hatch was reportedly supposed to file his 2000 and 2001 tax returns, but he apparently never did. Now, he will reportedly turn himself in soon and begin his sentence.

Are you surprised Richard Hatch hasn’t tried to pay off his tax debts?

When you’re on probation with the feds, any trouble you get into is treated very seriously. Hatch did time for tax evasion, so it only makes sense any offense related to taxes they were going to watch very closely. What we don’t know from your article is whether they are going to ‘run out’ his probation while incarcerated for the latest offense, or does his probation time ‘freeze’ while he’s inside, starting back from the beginning once he gets out. if this is the case, he’ll be under their thumb again once he gets out…
