Film producer believes “foul play” occurred in Lindsay Lohan case Nathan Folks, who plans to have Lindsay Lohan involved in his film, ‘Escaping the Game,’ is apparently doing what he can to help her as he believes her case wasn’t handled properly.

Folks reportedly believes there was “foul play” in regard to how the Los Angeles Police Department handled the alleged jewelry theft matter, states He claims that his personal research has led him to believe this which is why he thinks Lindsay should face no jail time.

Folks reportedly brought on Keith Middlebrook, who is not a lawyer, to work with Lindsay on her case. Middlebrook claims he is a legal consultant for the actress.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan should work with these two or keep her distance?

Hi, my name is Keith Middlebrook, I would like to make a statement: “The LAPD is in no way shape or form guilty ANY foul play, they unselfishly put their lives on the Line everyday for the safety, wellbeing and protection of the good citzens in the toughest city in America, I am proud of their service to the community”. Implying that the LAPD was involved in any foul play concerning this case is completely absurd. – Keith Middlebrook. Producer Nathan Folks was some how misquoted and taken out of context by radaronline.

*Lindsay Lohan has personaly hired Keith Middlebrook, President of Pro Sports Capital Management LLC, Director and Consultant of a Legal Team who handles personal matters discreetly and with total confidentiality for the biggest Pro Athletes and Entertainers in the World as Legal Consultant/Strategist. Ms. Lohan has asked Mr. Middlebrook to work together with Shawn Hollie to get Ms. Lohan out of this horrible fabrication of a crime. Weather they can work together remains to be seen. Example: Shawn Holley (pro bono) recommended to accept plea bargain which included jail time, at the advise of Keith Middlebrook and his Legal Team it was definately recommended do NOT except plea bargain and jail time! file for a continuance because we can beat this!

Based on the facts, after careful review, Mr. Middlebrook has stated and said that he guarantees that Ms. Lohan will not have any jail time or have to have any classes concerning the matter of the Necklace. With close examination as seen in the Pre Acadamy Award weekend Videotape (exempt of an audio track) the court will withdraw the case shortly after all of the evidence finally comes out about the Jewelry store. They were getting ready to close and it is obvious without a shadow of doubt that they did this for publicity and to sell the video and sell the Necklace.

Mr. Middlebrook is now working with a Chemical Engineer, a retired District Attorney, and two of the best attornies in the Nation, compiling evidence proving there was no probation violation originally brought on by the Necklace accusation.
*Keith Middlebrook is the Director and Consultant of his Legal Division for Pro Sports Capital Management LLC with a proven track record of handling personal matters for High Profile Athletes and Entertainers with strict confidentiality, and has NEVER claimed to be an attorney. However, vast resources and relationships have enable him compile a Legal Team second to none, resolving most cases with probation and classes only with no jail time. Mr. Middlebrook is available by refferal only.

I couldn’t agree more with your comments…only also to note that people make mistakes. Cops are human and it has been chronicled of many innocents in jail…as in some cases…especially but not limited to heinous crime….there is a rush to judgment if they feel the right “guilty” person is in custody. Closure for the families and a means to get on with life is set at a higher level that pure justice….or so it seems. Also there may be an opportunity to use Lindsay as a case examle of how not to do it…putting her at a loss because she’s already judged in the court of public opinion. I’ve read many comments of people that are sick of the whole thing…..but it is her attorneys that may use whatever means at their disposal legally to cast doubt or to show reasonable doubt to achieve her acquittal.
