Adam Lambert parties with Lady Gaga and Fergie

By Pat Ryder Lambert has been a busy boy this week, and today is only Tuesday!

Lambert attended last night’s Lady Gaga birthday concert at Staples Center with companion Sauli Koskinen, according to photos at Celebrity Gaga and the Finnish star of ‘Big Brother’ share more than Lambert’s attentions: yesterday was also Koskinen’s birthday.

Lambert was also spotted Sunday night at a party by Chrome Jewelry for Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters, whose attendees included Black Eyed Peas’ singer Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel, and a very pregnant Kate Hudson. Hudson is expecting a child with boyfriend Matt Bellamy of Muse.

Adam Lambert is currently writing and recording for his upcoming sophomore effort, and released the ‘Glam Nation Live’ concert CD/DVD last week. Watch for my review of this freshly-hatched live set right here on

Adam has been a busy boy this week. I’m glad for him. He deserves a little R & R after a very busy year. Can’t wait for his sophmore effort, as you called it. Adam’s music is great without much effort. I’m ready for another concert, any one else?

Glad to see Adam having some much deserved fun after his busy year with the tour, you are one of writers that does not still refer to him as “Idol finalist”, or “Idol runner-up” and I commend you for that-he is so far away from that and is a mega super star, AI was just a spring board for him. I am so looking forward to his upcoming album, whatever the style may be, I am sure it will be phenomenal , just cause its Adam.

And he was at Bardot last night too! Check those pics out, dayum Adam is delicious. But what is most delicious is his voice. The vocals on the Glam Nation Live cd/dvd are unbelievable, check it out. Holy hell, they are amazing. This dude just kills it live (and everywhere and anywhere actually, check out his music)!

@Deb: When I write my articles about Adam, I try to only refer to AI (1) if the show has something to do with the article topic or (2) when I’m writing for my Idol Examiner column – which is how I’m able to write about Adam there while remaining “on topic”. 😉

I agree with you, that AI was just a spring board for him – he used its platform very cleverly to gain a wider fanbase and get a major record deal. Very smart business decision on his part.
