‘Glee’ girls talk about how they stay in shape

HollywoodNews.com: The cast of ‘Glee’ works hard for every episode, so the girls on the show have to work hard to be ready for any sort of performance that may come up.

Lea Michele reportedly prefers a quick total body workout that includes focusing on her arms and legs, states HollywoodLife (via Us Magazine).

Heather Morris prefers a different type of workout that includes pilates, boxing and dancing to target her thighs and butt.

But it’s not all about working out, as Lea Michele also maintains her body with a vegan diet.
