Lindsay Lohan alleged theft necklace may be marked up It sounds like Lindsay Lohan’s legal team might be pushing for the charges against the actress to change as the necklace she is accused of stealing was allegedly marked up.

It is rumored that the designer of the necklace sold the item to Kamofie & Co. for $850 whereas they tried to sell it to Lindsay for $2,500, states TMZ. At $850, the case would only be a misdemeanor.

And while Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, may argue for a change in the charge, even if she loses that, the roughly 300% mark up will not look good for the jewelry store.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan will win her case?

Your stories are so pathetic. All you do is scour the web for posted stories and cut an past them. I hope doesn’t pay you for this as a child could do your job. 300% markup? Really? How do you think capitalism works? How much do you think Barneys or Bloomingdales marks up their jewelry? Quit stirring the pot and try do some research of a story by getting out of your chair and getting some facts.
