Who insulted Kate Middleton’s choice of wedding dress?

HollywoodNews.com: While many people loved Kate Middleton’s choice of wedding dress for her marriage to Prince William, some are already speaking out against it.

Although the public seemed pretty in awe of Middleton’s look, some of the ladies at ‘The View’ were not feeling it, states HollywoodLife. Sherri Shepherd thought the dress was a little mature for Middleton: “I liked it, [but] I thought she was too young to be in the dress. She looked old.”

Joy Behar wasn’t as nice when discussing Middleton’s veil: “What about the schmatte on her head, it was very nun like — very Mother Teresa I thought.”

Are the ladies being a little harsh or honest?

The ‘ladies’ of The [Liberal] View” are being catty, as usual. I no longer watch their a5nine TV display; just cannot stand those biddies.

kate looked gorgeous … if you are saying anything about the princess it should be nothing but good …

are you the one walking down the isle? no ..

They were right. I thought the same thing that she did looked somewhat ‘aged’ and that the dress though elegant was actually a little too ‘simple’. I wouldn’t call it ‘nun-like’ but I didn’t find it contemporary or modern at all, it reminded me of what a woman would have worn at the court of King Arthur BUT let us not forget that we have become accustomed to watching very young women walk down the isle at these royal weddings and Kathrine is almost 30 years old. I thought she looked old because she obviously had lost weight for the wedding and her make-up was a little bit, just a tad harsh but these are minor criticisms. At the end of the day she looked elegant, poised and more importantly relaxed and ready.

It was a gorgeous dress for a gorgeous woman. The simple, classic style IS Kate’s style. Why would she wear anything else. She looked graceful, elegant and regal. Why do we have to always criticize when someone dresses understated. Should the dress overwhelm the woman or should the woman take center stage?

What the Hell do they know!! My goodness they are fat, old x-actressess looking for something to talk about. How sad… Boo hoo you have nothing better than to say bad things about Kate/ her gown was gorgeous!! Jealous Much!!!!

I agree with the View ladies. It DID make her look old-ladyish – she has a nice figure, but she chose to wear the wedding dress equivalent of a burqa.

she looked absolutely perfect – i guarantee none of those bitchy women have ever looked so beautiful, sheer ‘old hag syndrome’ . .
