“Glee” star Naya Rivera hosting GLAAD Media Awards

Hollywoodnews.com: It’s been revealed that “Glee” star Naya Rivera will host the 22nd annual GLAAD Media Awards, which will be held in San Francisco on Saturday, May 14.
During the ceremony, “Sex and the City” star Kim Cattrall will receive the Golden Gate Award.
“Kim Cattrall has not only grown acceptance of our community through storylines on shows like ‘Sex and the City,’ but used her platform to speak out for equality,” GLAAD president Jarrett Barrios said in a statement. “We are proud to honor such a talented and passionate advocate.”
Kara Swisher, who pens the tech column All Things D for The Wall Street Journal, will receive the Local Hero Award. Celebrities expected to attend the event are Sara Ramirez, Mario Lopez, Tabatha Coffey, Nelsan Ellis and rugby player Ben Cohen.
