Jesse James claims he was “trapped” with Sandra Bullock
HollywoodNews.com: Jesse James is trying to explain why he cheated on Sandra Bullock in his new memoir, ‘American Outlaw,’ and the reasoning might not make sense to many people.
James comments in his book that during a trip with Bullock, she asked him to lower the volume on the radio and this triggered a feeling in him, states RadarOnline.com. “[I]n the back of my mind, I couldn’t help but feel kind of cheated. It was like I was Huckleberry Finn or something, when Widow Douglas decides to adopt him. They were ‘sivilizing’ me, and I didn’t know how to make them stop,” James writes.
He then comments that he felt “trapped” because everything he did reflected on her successful image: “Mentally at a loss, desperate for something to make me feel like I had some sense of freedom, I ran through the list of things I could do to assert my independence over my life. Infidelity, unfortunately, was at the top of the list.”
Do you think this is a fair explanation?
