Sarah Palin’s daughter recently stepped out with a far more angular and slim face, states UsMagazine.com. Some are now questioning if she underwent surgery for her angular jawline and pronounced cheekbones.
However, it seems that weight loss may be the explanation as she also appeared to have a slimmer figure.
