Kourtney is now focusing a bit more on healthy and organic eating, states RadarOnline.com. Kourtney reportedly eats plenty of steel-cut oatmeal with almond milk and manuka honey.

She also makes sure that she has exercises that she can do just about anywhere in order to continue getting into shape.
