Bethenny Frankel passes on her simple health tips Bethenny Frankel quickly snapped back into shape after having her first child, and now she is passing on the tips to everyone else.

Frankel admits that eating well and working out are both needed in order to maintain your weight, states FitSugar. “Consistency is the key. That is the most important part about exercise,” Frankel said about trying to get any workout in when you can.

But, she also wants people to have healthy relationships with food in order to be healthy overall: “Food is not your best friend or your enemy. You are not good when you don’t eat nor bad when you do.”
